This is something for all dad's. If you want to connect with you're young children "play with them"
Sit in the floor play games, cars , leggos. Just whatever. I know its hard to do for some dads, it was for me. But seeing the joy in happiness in there eyes. Is worth the mild emberisment you might feel while doing it.

I think that is harder for dads than moms but you are right it is so worth it and you are building memories that are there forever.
